It has been two years since the death of George Floyd. The aftermath of this event spurred a movement across America and more specifically in the corporate world of having conversations, acknowledging biases and inequalities and creating DEI discussion groups. What comes next? It is important not only to keep the discussion going but continue to act on those discussions and evolve the workplace culture. Diversity and Inclusion should not be just a conversation to be had but a way of doing things.
